Hype contest stuff and picture theme suggestions are open again, as usual. Three reasons why one of the 128 nominees deserves a good messing (regardless of who nominated them and whether or not they can actually still win) for the former; ideas for a unifying theme for the pictures in a future round for the latter, please!
Speaking of future rounds, I did a bit of number crunching about when this is going to actually finish if I keep the week-on-week-off thing going. Thankfully, no phone box/gunge tank hybrids were involved – they might feature later though! Point is, we’re looking at a mid-to-late December finish before we can even start the story contest. For me, that’s not quick enough. Since it’s relatively easy to prep each round and only takes less time each time, I’m putting the third round up at midnight tonight (UK time). Same process as always, mobile-friendly matchup list link here, with the individual links getting added sometime after midnight. If people like the week-on-week-off system then I’ll happily go back to it starting with round 4. I just thought it would be cool to have some stories up for the Wammies, if they’re happening this year.
